Coaching Support

Working with me means stepping into a supportive, nonjudgmental space where your experience is truly understood because I’ve lived it too. As both a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, maternal mental health specialist, and a fellow special needs parent, I bring a unique blend of clinical insight and personal empathy to our coaching relationship.

My coaching services are designed for parents seeking guidance, emotional support, and real-world strategies for navigating the complexities of raising a neurodivergent or disabled child. Whether you're facing overwhelm, burnout, decision fatigue, or just looking for clarity, our work together will be grounded in both heart and science.

What to Expect When We Work Together:

  • Emotional Support: You'll have space to process your emotions, fears, and frustrations without guilt or shame. I use evidence-based techniques from CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) and ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy) to help you manage stress, reduce anxiety, and reconnect with your values as a parent.

  • Solution-Focused Coaching: We’ll set realistic, personalized goals that help you move from stuck to supported. Whether it’s navigating IEP meetings, building routines, advocating for services, or improving communication with your child, you’ll leave each session with practical strategies to implement right away.

  • Lived Experience & Advocacy: As a disability rights advocate and special needs mom myself, I understand the emotional and systemic challenges parents face. My coaching is not about fixing your child it’s about equipping you with the tools, confidence, and resilience to show up fully for them and for yourself.

I work with parents worldwide via secure virtual sessions. You don’t have to do this alone and you shouldn’t have to.

Fee: $175 for a 50-minute session.
