Casey is a California-licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and parent coach who specializes in supporting parents of children with special needs. She earned her Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy from the University of Southern California, where she began her clinical training in addiction treatment before shifting her focus to maternal mental health. Casey now holds specialized training in perinatal and parental mental wellness, with a deep understanding of the emotional complexity that comes with caregiving.
Her path took a profoundly personal turn when her son experienced a brain injury at ten months old. That life-changing experience led Casey through her own healing journey navigating grief, resilience, advocacy, and love in all its fiercest forms. It was through that process that she discovered her calling: to walk alongside other parents on this journey, offering both compassionate support and practical tools rooted in therapeutic wisdom.
Today, Casey combines her clinical background with lived experience to provide emotionally attuned, empowering coaching to parents worldwide. As she continues to grow and learn in her own role as the mother of a child with a disability, she is deeply committed to holding space for others doing the same reminding them that they are not alone, and they are more powerful than they think.
