Women’s mental health is at the heart of my therapy practice.
I support women through the transitions and emotional shifts that occur from early adulthood through menopause, including the mental load of daily life, perfectionism, burnout, hormonal changes, identity shifts, motherhood, career demands, and the constant pressure to be everything to everyone.

My approach helps women build self-compassion, regulate their nervous system, understand emotional patterns, and create space for themselves in ways that feel nourishing and sustainable.

Maternal mental health is a deeply meaningful part of my work, and I support women through pregnancy, postpartum, and the evolving experience of motherhood.
Whether you’re navigating perinatal anxiety, postpartum depression, birth trauma, intrusive thoughts, identity changes, or the invisible emotional labor placed on mothers, I offer a grounded, compassionate space to process your experience and develop tools for well-being.
Parents of children with special needs or neurodivergent children hold emotional realities that most people never see. I help parents navigate the complex mix of love, grief, uncertainty, chronic stress, medical trauma, and health anxiety that often exists beneath the surface.
Our work honors both your strength and your vulnerability, helping you regulate your nervous system, process overwhelming experiences, reconnect with your identity, and find steadiness in the midst of constant demands.

Anxiety
Anxiety can show up as spiraling thoughts, panic, worry, perfectionism, people-pleasing, or the fear of not doing enough.
I help clients understand where their anxiety comes from, how it shows up in their body and mind, and how to respond to it with clarity, compassion, and practical tools that support long-term relief and resilience.
Depression
Depression often feels like heaviness, fatigue, loneliness, or disconnection from the parts of life that once felt meaningful. Together, we explore the emotional and environmental factors contributing to your depression and work toward gentle, realistic steps that help you reconnect with your sense of purpose, energy, and emotional grounding.

OCD
OCD can create cycles of fear, intrusive thoughts, rituals, or reassurance-seeking that feel overwhelming and difficult to interrupt.
I help clients understand the internal logic of OCD, reduce compulsive patterns, and build the ability to tolerate discomfort with compassion and evidence-based support, helping you regain a sense of agency and stability.
Trauma
Trauma can live quietly in the body and nervous system long after an event has passed, showing up as anxiety, hypervigilance, emotional numbness, intrusive thoughts, health anxiety, or a sense of always needing to stay in control.
I work with women and parents who have experienced a wide range of trauma, including childhood trauma, medical trauma, birth trauma, caregiving trauma, and the cumulative impact of chronic stress. My approach is trauma-informed, compassionate, and grounded in evidence-based practices, including EMDR, with an emphasis on safety, pacing, and nervous system regulation.
Together, we work toward helping your body and mind feel safer, more settled, and less defined by what you’ve been through, so you can move through your life with greater ease, clarity, and self-trust.
